Booking Information

We do take walk-ins, but ONLY if a staff member is already in the building. If our open sign is on, please come on in! Otherwise please give us a call before you make a trip!!

Guaranteed time slot reservations are available daily 11:30am – 10:30pm.

Due to staffing shortages, reservations must be made at least 1 hour in advance. (2 person minimum deposit).

All of our games are private, so more players can be added in person, upon arrival.

Please make arrangements to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.

Day-of game start times may be flexible if prior notice is given at least 2 hours in advance. This is dependent on room and staff availability.

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Player Accessibility

An extensive amount of thought and time has gone into ensuring that our rooms provide an enjoyable experience for people within a wide range of ages and abilities.

All of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. However, Creepy Carnival does have some limitations. Please call us to get further details.

Our games are designed for children ages 10 and up, but if you have a younger child that enjoys puzzles, scavenger hunts, video games, etc., they are welcome to play!

For parents with children under 10 that will NOT be participating, you do NOT need to purchase tickets for them to accompany you into a room. However ALL of our rooms may contain aspects that could be considered dangerous to toddlers or infants if not supervised. Including small items that may be choking hazards.
